You will complete portion of "The Early Republic: Concerns, Challenges, and Threats - the First Presidents" handout for John Adams. This means you should take notes on the following topics:
- Election of 1796
- War with France?
- XYZ Affair?
- Alien and Sedition Acts
- Successful? Why or Why not?
